say hello to nyx

This is close-up portrait of Nyx, a female antagonist that will appear in my story of No Need for Legends. This will also be the front cover of the book. She's pretty attractive, huh? Anyway, she is a femme fatale who known by everyone as the most cold and caculating hitwoman that once served in a war that took place ten years. She was legendary for never ever failing an assignment once. She had some frightening superhuman powers, something like a demigod. After the war ended, she was presumed dead.

Now years has passed as rumors spread throughout the nation as twelve men were found dead with each of them having a red rose of their bodies, signifying her return. She also has an vendetta against Mikeal, a child soldier who took her down in a one-on-one battle, so she contantsly makes his life a living hell.

There's a saying that goes like this:
"Some legends are meant to die" and Mikeal and Nyx are that example.

I named her after Nyx the goddess of the night, because she like to travel at night and cause everyone misery. She is the main antagonist due to her trying to kill Mikeal and his friends throughout the story, but she won't be the only enemy, though.
